The Distress Call or A Cry From Babylon

One of the reasons I collect lighthouses is because lighthouses represent that steadfast beacon of light that guides you to safety when the seas are rough. Imagine awaking from you sleep with a phone call. A friend in need of help. A child home alone scared. A mother or father worried about their adult child away from home. There are many distress calls placed everyday. The Bible makes reference to the city of Babylon many times. This was indeed a factual city. However in todays terms Babylon is symbolic of nations gone astray. By [her] spiritistic practice all the nations were misled." (Revelation 18:23) By her false teaching that the soul does not die, false religion has opened the door to every kind of spiritism and sorcery and has promoted fear of the dead and worship of ancestors. I am enlightened here to become that steadfast beacon in Babylon. With Gods help and guidance. Giving God the glory everyday. If I can be of help to anyone I am here. Can you today be a Lighthouse to someone? Is there a distress call from someone you know? Is there a cry from Babylon? Pray this prayer for strength and guidance to be there for someone in need.Proverbs 11:14 Lord let me be where there is no guidance and the people fall. With your help I can show abundance of counsel and there will be victory. Amen
