Two Wrongs Don't Make A Right

I read a story in the paper the other day that if both parties would have backed off and looked logically at the situation it would not have escalated as it did. It seems harder and harder for people to do this now. It seems that there are some who are out for themselves and have never learned what it takes to be humble. What is it going to hurt if you let some one go who cut you off in traffic? How serious is it to let someone with two items go before your whole grocery basket  at the grocery store? How about an argument? So many things we can choose to let go, it's not life or death. Let it go. Meanness never gets you anywhere. Vindictiveness never gets you anywhere. Be humble sometime. Jesus did all of the time.
Philippians 2:5-8 Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.
