Each Has A Story
In reading the history behind the men that followed Jesus, I found that they were fanatical. They were quick tempered. Some had unfitting backgrounds. Some were grandfathered in(had a brother already in the click). They all died with the exception of one as martyrs. There were two that questioned Jesus all the time. And then there was the closest one to Jesus out of them all. Mary Magdalene who was said to have seven demons inside of her when she first met Jesus. Of course he got rid of them. It is said that Peter was the leader of the disciples but Mary was the one who knew everything that Jesus knew, felt and wanted to teach. So imagine these 14 people traveling from one city to another, healing people. Teaching differently then the teachers and preachers of the time. People who were loud and boisterous. Quick tempered. Imagine them in today's times. They would surely be considered a mob, a cult perhaps, radicals, terrorist. They would have a label other then a normal group of people who followed the present day leaders. I find it very interesting. That the Christian religion is based on such a radical difference from the laws that were taught at the time. They all died horrible deaths from their beliefs. But look at how many years the stories have survived. How Gods word through Jesus and his disciples have prevailed.
